Are they really his to sell? He does not have time to care for all the foreclosed yards he still will be doing plus his other customers. I can't believe it would be legal to sell something he doesn't actually own. He wants $15,000.00 I am trying to research how to get in touch with the Proj. Mgmt. company or broker that would normally handle this for the banks.
